A lot of questions are already answered on the site — worth a quick check first:

What to Include
If you are reporting a bug, let us know which browser and device you are using, and which style was selected when it happened. That makes it much faster for us to reproduce and fix.
Response Time
We are a small team, so replies can take a few days depending on volume. We read every message that comes in, even if it takes us a little while to get back to you.
